You further understand and confirm that you, your executor(s), legal representatives, employers and/or next of kin are bound by the above paragraph and shall have no legal claim against the above mentioned organisations, or their employees or associates or members or officials, collectively or individually, arising from any casualty, injury, or liability, whether inadvertent or through negligence or any other action or failure to act. PIGEON, DOVE AND ALL OTHER VENUE RULES AND CODES:
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Members must have their Wingshooters membership card with them.
2. All participants have to be in possession of a valid Bird licence (can be ordered from the office).
3. No helpers/assistants will be allowed on the premises during or after.
4. No littering - Please pick up all your shells, leaving them for later only results in litter! Please also take care not to do damage to the farmers crops. No open fires, or braais/BBQs (it's winter!).
5. Only fire in a safe direction and at an angle of 45 degrees into the blue sky. Do not take any low shots in a direction where there may be other people or livestock.
6. Pick up a bird immediately before going after another bird, this especially applies to birds that may fall some distance away.
7. No cleaning of birds on the property.
